What is your online ordering return policy?

Gold Crown Food Company guarantees its products.

If for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from Gold Crown we will respectfully refund your money or replace your purchase, whichever is more convenient for you.

All refunds and replacements must be done within 48 hours of the purchase in order for the guarantee to be applied.

Do you sell to the general public?

We do sell to the general public, from finding the perfect cut to grill in the park with your family to feeding your friends on Sunday during the big game we have you covered.

Where are you located?

Great question, we are located at the corner of McDaniel St and Barnes Ave just south of Chestnut Expy in Springfield Missouri.

Are we able to browse your warehouse?

A-

Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we will no longer be allowing customers inside the warehouse for your general safety and for the safety of our employees.

Between our front office and the Salesforce we will do everything possible to inform you on all you would need to know in order to make a comfortable purchase.

Do you ship product?

If you have an establishment and an account with us, absolutely.

Unfortunately we are unable to make residential deliveries at this time but we are currently working on a program that will bring our products straight to your doorstep very soon.

What are the benefits of having my own salesman?

A-

Our sales team is very knowledgeable concerning our products. Having your own salesman will assist you in menu preparation, weekly ordering, pricing and anything else you may need moving forward to help you get up and running or furthering the success of your business. Your salesman will be available to call directly anytime during our office hours.  8-5 Monday-Friday

How do I get connected with a salesman?

First give us a call at our office, if you haven't already setup an account we will walk you through that process.  Once your account has been set up we will assign you with someone on our sales team according to your region.

What are the benefits of having an account set up?

  • Special orders (Access to ordering specialty products that we otherwise couldn't sell to the general public or cash and carry customers.)

  • Access to previous orders allowing you to keep track of your product history and the products you loved for future purchases.
